Door sash types of Rehau Thermo Design & Basic Design
In terms of sashes (mobile frames) for doors, these are slightly more varied than those for windows, depending on the application. Remember is that every "Z" frame opens to the interior and every "T" to the outside.
- Z 60
It's a sash for the windows but can be used on doors, on the small ones or in the interior. Total frame width is 80 mm including the glassbead (20 mm).
Represents the economic variant for a door due to the frame's lower cost.
It is the only frame that has interrupted reinforcing at the lock. Profile is from Basic series. - Z 74
It was designed for windows or high balcony doors but is also used in exterior doors. Overall width is 94 mm (if we add the glassbead).
The reinforcing is not interrupted at the lock and has the shape of "U" so it can be used for medium traffic doors for a better price. Profile is from Thermo series. - Z 98
This profile is recommended for exterior traffic doors. It is a broad profile (118 mm) with rectangular reinforcement. Provides stability to the door. Profile is from Thermo series. - T 94
Profile for doors opening outside. Has the "T" shape so that the glassbead can be mounted on the inside. Reinforcement is rectangular. Recommended for light and medium traffic. Profile is from Thermo series. - T 118
The widest profile from Rehau intended for traffic or residential doors opening to the outside. Reinforcement is rectangular and continuous. For increased strength, can be reinforced with heat sealable inner corners. Profile is from Thermo series.
